Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in North America.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know via email attheshoreusa@gmail.com and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Exchange

What items are eligible for exchange?

Damaged items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. If an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately with photos via email to attheshoreusa@gmail.com and we will send you a return shipping label to initiate your exchange.
